We buy forest properties and cutting rights – including forest land encumbered with a mortgage.
Forest owners need a valuation of their forest to decide on a sale or purchase. The initial data are collected in the field, and existing data from the forest management plan are used.
The market value is based on the calculated assortment structure of the growing forest and of the fellings. Taking into account the growing stock, the felling volume, the possible selling price of the assortments, the age structure and the growth of the forest, we calculate a price range at which it is reasonable to sell or buy the plot.
