Long-term forest land management
We organise all silvicultural work and paperwork and are responsible for quality and supervision.

Help with forestry paperwork
Forest notification, cutting rights transfer agreement and agreements with timber buyers and neighbours.
-
Planning and marking fellings
Planning of thinning, regeneration and selective felling. Our forester marks the fellings together with the contractor.

Roundwood procurement and sales
Timber is stored by assortment at the roadside landing and delivered to buyers at a competitive price.

Frequently asked questions
ContactDo you also buy mortgaged forest land?
Yes, Actively OÜ also buys forest land encumbered with a mortgage.
How is the value of a forest assessed?
We collect the initial data in the field and use the existing forest management plan. Based on the growing stock, the felling volume, the possible price of the assortments, the age structure and the growth of the forest, we calculate a price range at which it is reasonable to sell or buy the plot.
Does a forest management plan cost anything?
If you sell your forest property or cutting rights to Actively OÜ, the forest management plan is drawn up free of charge. We prepare plans together with our partners.
What documents are needed for felling?
A forest notification must be submitted and approved by the Environmental Board. The forest owner and the contractor then sign a written cutting rights transfer agreement. Agreements with timber buyers and neighbouring landowners are also needed. We help you get the paperwork in order.
What do you need from me for an offer?
The property name or cadastral number, its location (county, municipality), your price expectation if you have one, and your phone and email. Use the form below or write to info [at] actively.ee.
How long does it take for a forest to mature?
Depending on the main tree species, 30–130 years: birch is ready for felling at 60–70 years, spruce at 80–90 and pine at 90–120 years.
